Breeze wasn’t built in a boardroom. It came from firsthand experience working in and around the construction industry—watching skilled contractors lose jobs, miss calls, and leave money on the table. Not because they weren’t great at the work, but because the business side kept getting in the way.

We’ve been in those conversations. We know what it’s like to wear every hat, juggle everything, and still feel like the business is running you instead of the other way around. That’s why we built Breeze.

Meet The Founders

Michael

I grew up in construction. At 14 I was building custom homes with my uncle. After that came landscaping, and eventually selling home services directly to homeowners across multiple trades. By the time I started Breeze, I had spent years on both sides of the contractor world, doing the work and selling it, which gave me the experience to build breeze.

That time taught me one thing that stuck: the best contractors rarely win on quality alone. They lose jobs to competitors with better websites, more reviews, and a stronger presence online. Guys who do inferior work but show up first on Google. I built Breeze because I’ve seen that gap cost good contractors real money, and I know exactly what it takes to close it.

I’ve sold over 10 million in revenue for home services companies and have done the actual contract work. Now I’m combing those skills to help other business owners.

Starting with mowing neighborhood lawns at the age of 10, I worked construction, landscape, and home improvement jobs throughout high school and college. After graduating with a Bachelors Degree in Business Management and Marketing from Utah Valley University, I have built a career on B2B software sales, specifically for contractors. I still love working with my hands.

I’ve seen both sides of it: the work itself, and the reality of running the business behind it. Most owners start with a skill and a goal: do great work and build something of their own. But somewhere along the way, they get buried in calls, follow-ups, scheduling, and everything else that pulls them away from actually growing the business. That’s where things start to break down, and it’s exactly the problem Breeze was built to solve.

Using my past skills helping contractors implement systems and tech to simplify their work, and combining it with personal experience in similar work to create a better way to organically build your business.
